i live on my own in london in a hostel so its been hard tryna keep the waight off.
i recently discovered im overweight for my height and this has depressed me soooo much.
ive always wanted to be skinny..but nothing has worked.
i made this journal so that people like me can help and encourage me to stop eating and get skinny.
